Hockey is for Everyone, Punjabi Edition

You might remember our excitement last season when we discovered Hockey Night in Canada Punjabi Edition...I love to see diversity and representation in the sport, and there are many great stories to be told.

Let's start with Jujhar Khaira's first NHL goal. Khaira, a left wing for the Edmonton Oilers, grew up within the Sikh community in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, and is the third Indo-Canadian to play in the NHL. He got his moment in the spotlight last Monday when he scored the game winner for his team against the Coyotes in Rogers Place.

The response from the InterWebs has been full of win.
